Our river cabin garage door was in desperate need of a makeover. You can see from the before pic it was discolored near the bottom due to flooding; therefore I didn’t want to replace the door as flooding is likely to happen again. The door has cracks and screws in the middle bottom of the door that looked terrible. I thought a darker and wood-look would hide those imperfections.

I turned to Pinterest for inspiration. I found a heavy duty gel stain that can be used for exterior garage doors. I have included a picture of the exact stain and color. It was so easy. Took me one hour and only one coat of stain. I love it! What do you think?
